There is not a formal registration process for those interested in solutions delivered via Web Direct. The first step is to contact your ICE Account Director as the set-up process can differ depending on your specific business need.

Once the approved Web Direct User Agreement is returned and setup is complete, the designated Administrator will be granted access to WD's Admin suite where user and administrative functions are maintained.
